It is in a good localization. The room is very good and the staff is so friendly. The breakfast is very good as well.
The WiFi (conexion) is very slow.

Worst hotel/hostel I've ever stayed in. 1. They didn't even have my reservation or a room. Then when I was going to walk away, a "nice" room became available in which I got AC for free. 2. The room was beyond gross. The bathroom ceiling was leaking so the floor was all covered in water. 3. Bugs all over the bed. 4. Towels that were given to me looked gray and very dingy as if they ran out of towels and gave me cleaning towels. AC barely worked. 5. Woke up to cockroaches crawling on my arm. I immediately checked out at 1 am having only been in the room for less than 1 hour from check in. I complained to the staff and was told that I still needed to pay the $23 for the room. Staff was rude and didn't seem to care. At 1 am, there was a line to talk to the manager. One guy didn't have sheets and the other room was too loud. 6. My local tour guide told me he had gone there to eat once and the food was open and littered with bugs/flies flying around. Usually food is in metal pots and covered. He said he's a local and wouldn't eat or stay there. *I have never checked out of a room in the middle of the night. I've always just stayed b/c I was paying for it but this was beyond anything I could handle. All I could think of was a cockroach was going to crawl into my ear in the middle of the night. Luckily, I had a friend who was also in Siem Reap at the same time and ended up crashing at his hotel. He paid $1 more for his and it was CLEAN and the staff was very friendly. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT.
